The Futures Foundation Is Awarding Grants. The
Board of Directors of The Futures Foundation awarded $50,000
in grants during the year 2007. Once again, the Board has
voted to distribute grants in the year 2008. Grant
requests must benefit individuals assisted by MORC or must
benefit a MORC program. Grants will be awarded for services
and/or items that are not covered by mental health funding.
A committee has been formed to determine which grants will
be awarded. The schedule for awarding grants is as follows:
Requests must be received by May 1, with a disposition by May 31.
Requests must be received by August 1, with a disposition by August 31.
Requests must be received by November 1, with a disposition by November 30.
The Futures Foundation will continue to pursue its fundraising goals so that
every year grants can be awarded.
